Pre-Buy & Budget
Pre-buy and budget letters will be mailed out in mid July. Please look for yours in the mail. Contracts and payment are due back to our office no later than August 10th, 2017.
With the pre-buy program, you can purchase fuel before you need it in preparation for the winter ahead. This program gives you peace of mind knowing exactly how much you will pay for your fuel during the cold winter.
You decide how many gallons you would like to pre-buy at the designated price. Those gallons are guaranteed at that price and any additional gallons that
you need would be purchased at the market price. If you do not use all of your gallons by the end of the program, they will be transferred as a dollar credit to your account at the original
Similar to pre-buy, you can commit to a purchase price per gallon before the winter season takes hold. With a budget plan however, you can spread your payments out into 10 equal monthly payments for the duration of the program. This allows you to maintain a steady and predictable payment without the stress of worrying about the fluctuations in the fuel market. Payments start in August and continue monthly through May. Any amount remaining in June is to be paid in full. Please budget carefully, as too few gallons will leave you with a large balance at the end of the season.

Aboveground fuel storage tanks:
If you have concerns regarding the condition of your Oil tank please contact our office. We can schedule an inspection of your tank and let you know if you need to make upgrades. If your tank appears in good working order you can wait to have it inspected at your next annual cleaning. You may not apply for financial assistance for tank upgrades until we have inspected your tank. For more information give us a call.
To ensure continued deliveries and service you must keep your account current. Customers with an over 60 day balance should contact our office to discuss a plan to get back on track.
